She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, John Thomas "Jack" McCann and Robert Louis Androshick. She is survived by: her daughters, Savanna and Kyla; her mother Moya Flanagan (McCann); her stepfather Tom Flanagan; her brothers, Tommy Flanagan II and Anthony Caldarella; her grandmothers, Kathleen McCann (Connolly) and Murial Androshick (Sloun); her stepgrandmother Mary Flanagan (Rector); her aunts and uncles, Katie Olsommer (Mark), Maureen Clark (Tom), Maureen Androshick, John McCann and Mark Androshick; her father Robert II; and her cousins, Casey, Joseph, Michael, Angela, Ryan, Nicole and Eric.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
