She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore A. Cusano and Freda Josephine Cusano (Ferrara). She is survived by: her spouse Philip A. McGuane (Phlip); her sons, Anthony Cusano McGuane (Tony) and Joseph Patrick McGuane (Joey); and her sister-in-law Catherine Leahy (Pat). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Dunellen Football Fan Club c/o Dunellen Board of Education.
