He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hay and Catherine Hay (Clark); and his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Doll (Brian) and Kathleen Konopka (Ronald); and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Kayla, Taylor, Luke and Christie.
