He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Keeffe and Margaret O'Keeffe; and his brothers, John, Daniel, Jeremiah, Patrick, Thomas and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Maureen (Kevin), John (Mary) and Tim; his grandchildren, Tess, Ryan, Owen, Claire, Carolyn, Maggie and Timmy; his siblings, Joseph (Gina) and Catherine (late Gerry); his sisters-in-law, Maura, Sheila and Bernadette; and also Ireland.
