She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Luna and Armando Luna; and her husband Rafael Tolentino. She is survived by: her children, Lorenza "Lori" Marie Bernklow (Gary), Rafael "Ray" Augusto Tolentino Jr., Miguel Jose Tolentino (Jennifer), Tomas Alejandro Tolentino and Rachael Lee Deloreto (Michael); her grandchildren, Abigail Lee Bernklow, Connor Ray Bernklow, Kieran Cassidy Tolentino, Maximilian Jose Tolentino, Brynlee Reagan Deloreto and Ellis Hudson Deloreto; and her siblings, Rebecca, Anita, Maria and Armando.
Due to the current restrictions regarding the pandemic, the family will have a private service with a public memorial service to be held this spring.
