He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Tullo and Esther Tullo; and his sister Anna. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Richard Tullo (Larene), Donna Riker (Scott) and Denise Meeks (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Pop, Kyle, Hayley, Amanda, Maranda and Cassidy; his siblings, Nettie Carlin (Mickey) and Vinnie DeLuca; and his aunt Rose (Rosh). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, many dear cousins and friends.
