He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Lee Tolentino; his children, Lorenza "Lori" Marie Bernklow (Gary), Rafael "Ray" Augusto Tolentino Jr., Miguel Jose Tolentino (Jennifer), Tomas Alejandro Tolentino and Rachael Lee DeLoreto (Michael); his grandchildren, Abigail Lee Bernklow, Connor Ray Bernklow, Kieran Cassidy Tolentino, Maximilian Jose Tolentino and Brynlee Reagan Deloreto; and his brothers, Octavio, Pablo, Pedro, Freddy, Eduardo and Ricardo Tolentino. He is also survived by five children.
