She is survived by: her children, John S. Hornick (Julia) and Lynn Lamoriello (Anthony); her grandchildren, Kim Mattina, John S. Hornick, Joseph Lamoriello and Jeffrey Hornick; and her great grandchildren, David Campbell, Abigail Lamoriello and Emily Lamoriello.
