She was predeceased by: her husband Louis J Cerny; her parents, Charles E. Valenta and Mary Kubik Valenta; and her sister Cheryl Quandt. She is survived by: her children, Louis C. Cerny (Norma) and Kathryn L. Cerny; her grandchildren, Carol A Carlson (Gary), Charlene DiDonato (Stephen), Kenneth Carlson, Alexander Cerny (Nicole) and Spencer Cerny; her great grandchildren, Wesley DiDonato and Madeline Cerny; and her sister Marie Chvatal.
