Wesley E. Vanderhoof Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley E. Vanderhoof of Dover, New Jersey, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Vanderhoof and Jeannette Vanderhoof (Swingle). He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Marna Distaffen (Robert) and Kara Burke (Richard); his grandchildren, Kaleigh, Hannah, Rebekah Distaffen, Wesley, Emma, Cameron and Andrew Burke; and his siblings, Donald Vanderhoof (Roe) and Madelyn Andrews (Robert). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, students, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pearce Memorial Church (4322 Buffalo Rd, North Chili, NY 14514). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Edward Vanderhoof Memorial Scholarship at Roberts Wesleyan University.
