She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her child John Costanza Jr.; her wife Marylee of Flanders; her grandchildren, Neil, Brian, Kevin, Robyn and Anthony; and also, Carol Lotz of Budd Lake and Ralph Costanza of Dover.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
