Capps of Mobile Alabama; his daughter Jessica L. Capps; his grandchild Officer JD Capps (Amber L. Capps); his great grandchild Conrad J. Capps of Dover; and his siblings, Michael Capps of Rockaway and Beverly Rodkewitz of North Carolina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
