He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Rosario and Bonifacia Rodriguez; his son Luis Rosario; and his siblings, Carlos and Adela.
He is survived by: his wife Aida Rosario; his children, Jerry Rosario (Nesty), ReyRosario (Christina), Hector Flores and Daisy Flores; his siblings, Carmen, Lidia (Johnny), Olga (Luis), Luz Maria and Juan Alberto (Ana Maria); and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Kaitlyn, Anthony, William, Darielle, Michael and BriAnna. He is also survived by his four Great Grandchildren.
