We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2019, Emma Montalvo-Velez (Dover, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Juan Casiano; her husband José; and her son José Luis. She was also cherished by children, but her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to El Primer Paso Preschool, 29 Segur Street, Dover, NJ 07801.
