She is survived by: her parents, John Hart and Elizabeth Hart; her husband Charles H. Middaugh; her children, Kathleen Shukailo and Charles; her son-in-law Stephen Shukailo; her grandchildren, Kimberly Iozzi, Christine Kocienda and Charles Middaugh; and her great grandchildren, Louis Iozzi, John Iozzi, Jennifer Middaugh and Jordan Middaugh.
