He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lavern Bennett; his children, Karen Smith (John Jr.), DeHaven Graham, Sr. (Maxine), Octavian Graham, Sylvia Graham, Matthew Graham and Shana Graham; his sister Bessie Green; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Graham, Norma Graham, Tracey Bennett and Michelle Bennett (Shellie).
