He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Apice and Isabella Apice (Procia); and his wives, Dororthy and Dorothy Apice. He is survived by: his children, Francine Swensen (Gregg) of Pittsboro, NC, Richard Apice, Sr. (Judy) of Somerset and Marcy Nardo (Dave McKiernan) of Lebanon, NJ.; his grandchildren, Nicole Riley (Mike), Richard D. Apice, Jr. (Michelle) and John Nardo, Jr. (Alina Chris Nardo); and his great grandchildren, Michael and Leah.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dominick's memory to the Wounded Warriors or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
