She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Riley and Naomi Sayres Riley; her husband Wanye M. Franklin, Sr.; her son Wayne M. Franklin, Jr.; her siblings, Robert Riley, Jr., Wes Tubman and Ida Wheaton; and her granddaughter Kerilyn Franklin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Martinez (Juan) of Downe Twp, Lisa Munyon (James) of Newport and Elizabeth Hitchens (Dwayne) of Cedarville; and her siblings, Nancy Walker, Frank Riley and Barney Tubman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
