He was predeceased by: his parents, William, Sr. Bullwinkel and Ethel Bullwinkel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fox McConnell Bullwinkel (Fox); his stepchildren, Kelly Platek (Daniel Platek, Sr.) and Daniel McConnell; his grandchildren, Madisen McConnell, Daniel Platek, Jr. and McConnell Fox Platek; his niece Alexandra Green; his cousins, Joyce Edcumbe and Marilyn Grant; his sister Brenda; and his brother-in-law Max Green. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, extended family, and dear friends.
