She was predeceased by: her friend John "Jack". She is survived by: her friend Jean McHugh; her sons, Jeff Lear, Justin Lear (Emily) and Chris Lear (Kari); her grandchildren, Madelyn Grace and Cameron James Lear; her siblings, Jean Polizzotto (Frank) and John McHugh (Julie); and her nieces and nephews, Danny (Tammy), Stephen (Rebekah), Timothy (Hannah), Kaitlyn (James) and Lisa (Christopher). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
