She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Sink and Lucy Sink. She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Bobby" and William "Billy"; her husband Donald P. Smith; her children, Jeff Smith, Keith Smith and Wendy Tupaczewski (Artie); her grandchildren, Cory (Stefanie), Shane, Alicia, Elizabeth and Matthew; her great grandchild Jack; her brothers, Robert "Bobby" and William "Billy" Wells; and her aunt Marion Line Buckingham. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
