She is survived by: her husband Scott; her children, Timothy (Jaci Sanchez), Erika (Nick Iwanski), Samantha and Krystal Costa; her mother Juliet Albrecht (late Jim "Turk"); her brothers, Michael Costa (Sherry Tremper) and Richard Costa (Christine); her father Richard Costa; and her stepsister Tracy Golin (Alex). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
