She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wigmore and Margaret Wigmore; and her siblings, Margaret "Peggy", Marilyn, Lorraine and Larry.

She is survived by: her husband Harry; and her children, Harry "Buzzy" (Diana) and William "Bill" (Linda). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made in Virginia's name to First Moravian Church, Riverside, NJ 08075.
