With solemn reverence, we commemorate Norman C. Davenport Sr. of Delran, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on January 31, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adele Davenport and Howard Davenport; his wife Shirley B. Davenport; his sons, Norman C. Davenport, Jr., Joseph Davenport and Edward J. Davenport; and his siblings, Adell, Doris, Shirley, Margie and Jake.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Gaven (Robert); his grandchildren, Heather Davenport, Jake Dunn, Amanda Davenport, Brian, Marissa Davenport, Ryan, Samantha Gaven, Rob Gaven, Tiffany, Nick Hurd, Joey Davenport and Savanna Davenport; and his sister Elaine Scott (Dale). He is also survived by his 11 Great-Grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Weber Funeral Home (112 Broad St, Riverton, NJ 08077). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (1300 US-130, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077).
