He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Wilson and Charles Wilson; his great grandchild Grey Branson Baker; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Elvina A.; his son Anthony of Sewell, NJ; his stepchildren, Grey C. Baker (Pamela) and Madeline J Rodgers of Wilmington, DE; his grandchildren, Lauren, Grey Skylar (Colleen), Garrett Baker, Ellie Grace Rogers and Jackson Rogers; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Baker and Graham Branson Baker; and his brother Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
