He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth M.; his children, Garry, Colleen Heisler (Robert) of Sewell and Kathy Biluck (Joe) of Delran, Devoted; and his grandchildren, Gregory, Kristina, Melissa, Kasie, Ian and Olivia.

Due to the Corona Virus, Horace's funeral was private and held at the convenience of the family at The Lankenau Funeal Home, 303 Bridgeboro St., Riverside.
