He was predeceased by: his wife Susan J.; and his parents, Kenneth Wilkie and Leatrice Wilkie. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Bien (David), Matthew Hall (Amy) and Michael Hall (Etienne); his siblings, Ken (Nancy), Keith (Joanne), David (Eileen) and Craig (Tammy); and also Ed Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and several cousins.
