She was predeceased by: her spouse Theodore A. Furia. She is survived by: her children, Darlene Kozlowski, Bill Furia and Melody Cate (David); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Kristin and Valentine; and her child Danny Thomas Place of Memphis, TN.
