He is survived by: his parent Anna Siekierka; his wife Anna; his children, Chuck (Marian), Christine (Ed Middleton) and Mark; his grandchildren, Mathew Sekerke (Nancy), Lauren Sekerke and Ana Grace Middleton; and his great grandchild Troy Sekerke.
