He was predeceased by: his father Louis Folz; and his wife Josephine "JoAnn" Folz. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Folz (Jennifer), Christina Folz (Michael Thimblin), Marianna, Caroline and Sofia; his sister Dot Folz; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
