He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Frame; his children, Carol Frame, Dorothy Lindholm and Herman Frame; and his brothers, Bill Frame, George Frame, David Frame and Jackie Frame. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; his three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
