He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Schroeder and Olive Schroeder (Zimmerman). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Schroeder (Murray); his son Gregory (Elaine Schroeder); his grandson Gavin; and his son Michael (Melissa Lawson).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul Parish – The Catholic Community of Princeton.
