He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore D'Agostino and Caterina D'Agostino (Lanza); and his son Lawrence D'Agostino. He is survived by: his wife Mary D'Agostino (Lisi); his daughters, Catherine (Graeme McRae) and Mary D'Agostino (Hernan Marquez, Jr.); and his daughter-in-law Mary Anne D'Agostino. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-Grandchildren.
