She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hedden and Kathryn Waldron (Waldron); her husband Raymond "Ray" Demeter; and her siblings, Arthur T Hedden, Jr., Robert Hedden and Dorothy Hedden Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Demeter (Deborah), Nancy Sumpter (Francis), Douglas Demeter and Melissa Ranalli; her grandchildren, Meagan, Sara, Amy and Hannah Demeter; her daughter-in-law Karen P. Demeter; her brother Richard Hedden; and her friends, Joseph and Virginia Wirth of Robbinsville.
