He was predeceased by: his parents, James Davis and Mary Davis. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Davis; his children, Margaret (Daniel VanDyk) of Rutherford, Eileen (Alan Moorachanian) of Paramus, Tisha (James Arakelian) of River Edge, Vincent Davis of Rutherford, Michael (Kristen) of Rutherford and Kathryn (Wendel Brendli) of Manalapan; and his brother Tom Davis. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
