He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustavius Prosa and Alice Prosa; and his brother Maurice. He is survived by: his wife Maryann Moravec of New York City; his children, Lesley DiPirro (Thomas), Christina "Tina" Prosa Schlee (Matthew) and Jeffrey Prosa (Kaci); and his siblings, Jerome Prosa, Valdo Prosa (Marilyn), Jenny Cowper (Scott) and Perry Prosa.
Rudy shared 53 years of wedded bliss until the sudden loss of his beloved wife Maryann to Covid 19 related illness April 2020.
In lieu of flowers, the family will be planting a garden in their parents' memory.
