He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his brother Nicholas; his children, Eugene Jr., John, Thomas, Joseph and Margaret; his grandchildren, John, Melissa, Jianna, Nicholas, James, Samuel, Jake, Krista, Andie, Myles, Kenny, Sophia, Giana, Elle, Ryan and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Nicholas.
Donation in lieu of flowers can be made in Eugene's name to Hospice care of Westchester & Putman County.
