He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Perkowski and Stella Krom Perkowski. He is survived by: his wife Stacey Perkowski; his children, Amanda and Adam; and his brothers, Edward (Julie), Michael (Felicia) and Stephen (Marianne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
