He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin (Catherine Hoffman) and David (Phyllis Ingram); his sister Glenda Ainsworth; his stepdaughter Kristy Stinson; his nephews, Adam and Jonas; and his granddaughter Abigail Stinson.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Hoffman of Cream Ridge; his stepsons, David Rogers Jr. of Cream Ridge and Daniel Rogers (Jamie); his stepson-in-law Richard Stinson of New Egypt; his siblings, Rita Sword (Rick) of Maryland, Bobbi Jo Gloyd (Todd) of West Virginia, Barry Hoffman (James) of Maryland, Jon Ainsworth of West Virginia and Robert Ainsworth (Sue) of Pennsylvania; and his cousin Debbie Short (Stephen).
