She was predeceased by: her husband David Allan Brown; her parents, Lucille Baker (Brooks) and Smith Duncan Baker; her brothers, Allen A. Bailey, Sr. and Smith E. Baker, Sr.; and her sister-in-law Evelina Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughter Leah Brown; her granddaughter Isabella Brown; her sisters, Evelyn Simmons, Ida Smith and Anna Mackson; and her siblings-in-law, Gloria Brown and Warren Brown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, one aunt and many close friends.
