He is survived by: his wife Gertrude (Jones); his sons, Robert Jr. (Diane) of Palm Harbor, FL and Thomas Sr. (Nancy) of Hightstown, NJ; his grandchildren, Robert III (Sonya), Tressa (Shawn), Kate (Kevin) and Thomas Jr.; his stepgranddaughter Sara; and his great grandchildren, James, Tyler, Shelby, Shane and Sloan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion Post 455 at 2 Meadowbrook Lane, New Egypt, NJ 08533.
