She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Duer Waters and Sally Waters; her husband Sidney "Sid" George Dashevsky; her child Christie; her siblings, Richard Duer Waters, Jr. and Suzanne Waters Smirnoff; her nieces and nephews, Stacy, Christie, Cindy, George, Trey, Jake (Kellie), Ward and Lyle; her stepdaughters, Anne and Karen (Mark Cannon); and her pets, Ollie, Dex, Tank and Loki.
In remembrance of Virginia's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
