She was predeceased by: her husband Carmen DeCato; and her parents, Susan Kukla and Joseph Kukla. She is survived by: her children, Michael DeCato and Suzanne Parmelee (Patrick); her grandson David Fordham; and her daughters, Mariah Cooke (Starland) and Marielle Parmelee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her devoted canine companion.
