Roman N. Chapelsky Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Roman N. Chapelsky of Cranford, New Jersey, born in Coal Township, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephania Chapelsky and Leo Chapelsky; his sister Gloria Hordynsky; and his wife Vera P. Chapelsky. He is survived by: his children, Romaine A. Chapelsky of Colonia, Daria M. MacDonald (David) of Westfield and Lev W. Chapelsky of Hollywood; and his granddaughters, Julia and Erica MacDonald.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (218 N Ave W, Cranford, NJ 07016). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vladimir Ukrainian Catholic Church (309 Grier Ave, Elizabeth, NJ 07202). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at the St. Gertrude Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
