He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Fowler and George Baer; and his sister Kim. He is survived by: his brother Jeff (Lauren); his grandmother Helen Baer; his aunt Charles Fowler; his uncle Doreen Fowler; and also, Declan and Shayne.

In lieu of flowers, kindly make a donation to St. Helen's Helping Hands and Hearts, 1600 Rahway Ave., Westfield, NJ 07090, an organization that is always there to help those in need.
