She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Tarver Sr.; her children, Peter Tarver Jr., Geraldine Frederickson, James Tarver (Elsie), Margaret McCray, George Tarver Sr., Nancy Morse and Eric Tarver; her daughters-in-law, Grace Tarver and Bertha Lane; her grandchildren, Robert McCray, Jr., James Tarver, Jr. and Jeffrey Tarver; her great grandchild Porsha Tarver; and her siblings, Atlas Murphy, Leona Butts, Moselle Drake and Lodelle Hawks.
She is survived by: her son Harold Tarver (late Grace); her children-in-law, Brenda Tarver (late Eric), Meredith O'Neil, Norman Morse (late Nancy) and Howard Frederickson (late Geraldine); her grandchildren, Gerald McCray (Lisa), Arlene McCray (Lewis Lindo), Darlene Parker (John), Harold Dwayne Tarver, Debra Itabashi (Shigeto), Gerald Tarver, Sondra Frederickson, Wayne Frederickson (Cheryl), Derek Frederickson (Bernice), Stacy Ali (Herbert), George Tarver, Jr., Mark Tarver, Tina Hardison, Tammy Lane, Desiree Johnson (Norman), Antione Tarver, Hollee Smith (Harry), Eric John Tarver (LaTanya), Todd Tarver (Michele), Michelle Huggins (Hastings), Doreen Martinez Hicks (Carlton), Tiffany Basma and Beverly McCray; and her great grandchildren, Christopher McCray (Jada), Kevin McCray, Monique Vasquez (Ignacio), Marlena McCray, Rhett Parker, Gabriella Parker, Waynard B. She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
