She was predeceased by: her husband Ilio Barsanti. She is survived by: her children, Franco Barsanti (Patricia) and Luisa Steiner (Barsanti); her grandchildren, Isabel, Kristofer, Erik (Lauryn) and Karl (Nikki); and her great grandchildren, Cayden and Stefan. She is also survived by her family, particularly her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lorena's memory may be made to American Breast Cancer Foundation.
