She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Carsey and Ida Carsey; her husband William C. Ewert; her siblings, Brenda, Eileen and Robert; her stepson Brian; and her stepgrandchild Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Quinn (Mike), Walter Berg (Wendy) and Sherri Moschetto (Jim); her stepchildren, William Ewert (Annie) and Jennifer Chapman (Shannon); her grandchildren, Ava, Alex, Emma, Julianne and Jackson; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Victoria, Tyler, Haylee, Alyssa, Megan, Blake, Colten, Cody, Ryder and Ridge; her brothers, Eugene Carsey (Kim) and Jim Carsey (Barbara); and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; her dear lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (218 N Ave W, Cranford, NJ 07016). A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Apostle Church (1805 Penbrook Terrace, Linden, NJ 07036).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Winfield Fire Department and Ambulance Squad Association or Winfield PBA Local 360.
