He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Carroll and Ann Carroll (Ross); his wife Janet Carroll (Tucker); his children, Mary Ann Carroll (Jeff Frankenburg) of Brick, NJ, Joseph Carroll (Sandra) of Scotch Plains, NJ and Charles "Tucker" Carroll of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Joseph Carroll of Brookline, MA, Caitlin Carroll of Winston-Salem, NC and Jeffrey Frankenburg of Brick, NJ; his brother Bob Carroll (Terry) of Harrisville, NH; his sister-in-law Cindy Carroll of Gonzales, LA; his brother Jim Carroll; and his friend Irene Dudley. He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces, cousins and friends.
