He is survived by: his wife Deborah DeCotiis; his children, Carly, Crystal, Jake and MaryGrace; his granddaughter Nina Lucia; his parents, John DeCotiis and Faith DeCotiis; and his siblings, Jill, Faith, Bobby, Jim and RoseMary.
